Pet Policy:
No more than 2 pets per manufactured home are permitted. Each pet must be registered with the Owner.
Breed Restrictions:
No vicious dogs (as defined by Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 955.11) or dogs know to be vicious will be permitted. No exotic animals may be kept in the community, including snakes, etc. Dangerous animals (as defined by ORC 955.11) or animals which present a health or safety risk to the community and/or its residents are not permitted.
