Yes you can but we do not recommend it. Payments can be lost or stolen in the mail and this does not excuse the tenant from making their payment on time. We have multiple payment methods that are easier, cheaper, and safer. Using CashPay is the same process as purchasing a money order. EPay can be set up using ACH, credit. Cards, and debit cards. Be sure to clearly write your name, community name, and lot number in the memo section of the check or money order. If we cannot determine whose payment it is we will have to return it and this could cause late fees. Mailed payments must arrive on time or there will be a $50 late fee applied regardless of when the payment was mailed. Be sure your entire balance is paid along with the $25 processing fee or you will receive a $50 late fee.
